Ordering fuel pumps and accessories during the Covid-19 pandemic
Following the recent quarantine announcement by the UK Government, we would like to keep all our customers updated on how we are operating at present and for the short-term.
The good news is that we will be continuing to accept and send orders for the foreseeable future. Royal Mail and DPD are still collecting from us daily and doing a sterling job in exceptional circumstances. Hence, we are still fully operational. The health and welfare of our staff, their families and our customers is of the utmost importance. We will continue to operate with a reduced staff presence throughout the company to limit staff interaction, and on the sales and administration side, we will still be providing customer support remotely by telephone 0117 9078569 [limited hours 10am - 4pm, Mon - Friday] and email [firstname.lastname@example.org].
We will be doing our very best to maintain the level of service you are used to from our company but please be patient with us. Whilst we are not key workers it is important that industry does what it can to keep things moving and online retail is currently encouraged by the government. Most of the items are on this website are available from stock and shipped without delay. However, in these uncertain times we are faced with having to adapt quickly to changes such as the temporary closure of the factories or distribution outlets that we purchase from. We understand that a little communication goes a long way so if there are any unanticipated issues, we will always contact you without delay to discuss.
Orders placed using our SagePay card processor are not charged until your order is packed and ready to go. Sagepay is the most trusted and secure UK payment provider, while you may see a reserve on your account we will not debit your card until we are ready to ship. PayPal orders are charged at point of order.
