RAPID DISPATCH & DELIVERY - We hold huge stocks in two warehouse locations in the UK and we aim to ship items within 1 - 3 working days. Most of our items are shipped the same 'working' day [Monday - Friday].

To ensure that we offer excellent service we only use reputable carriers to send our items. We have business accounts with Royal Mail, APC and ParcelForce. 

RETURNS

30 day returns policy

We offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy if you change your mind or find that you have purchased the wrong part. All we ask is that the item comes back to us in its original condition with all the manufacturers packaging and that it has not been fitted to the vehicle or had fuel run through it. 

If you need to return an item please contact us for a return authorisation number and the return address which is different from our registered office address. Please note that we are a mail order company and we do not offer the facility to collect or return parts in person. Returns must be sent by post.
