Fuel Pumps Online is a trading name of Temple Tuning. At Fuel Pumps Online we try to make your dealings with us as easy as possible. Due to the nature of the stock supplied there are Terms and conditions that must be adhered to, to cover both you and us. The Terms and Conditions cited below shall apply to your use of the website located at www.temple-tuning.co.uk. The placement and purchase of an order with Temple Tuning/Fuel Pumps Online constitutes the acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below. .

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Privacy Policy
Fuel Pumps Online will ask you for particular information to enable us to process your order efficiently. We value your custom and confirm that this information will not be used for any other purpose other than processing your order. Sometimes products are sent direct from UK distributors, suppliers or manufacturers other than ourselves. No information other than that required for shipping will be passed to our agents. Any emails sent to you will be specifically linked to existing order or in response to your email to us. We promise not to use your information for spam purposes and we would never sell it to a third party. 

Some  parts sold by Fuel Pumps Online are racing parts for off road use only. Laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting the vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle.

Fuel Pumps Online shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labour. Fuel Pumps Online shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part. Fuel Pumps Online shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product. We always recommend professional installation of parts by qualified person.

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Fuel Pumps Online harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Fuel Pumps Online, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any product sold by Fuel Pumps Online or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fuel Pumps Online against liabilities arising out of: 1) any injury to person, property or vehicle caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Fuel Pump Onlines website 2) any defective products sold to customer from www.fuelpumpsonline.co.uk

Payments
Fuel Pumps Online reserves the right to refuse or return any payment. *SALES CONDITIONS FOR CREDIT CARD PURCHASE
1. If you wish to use a different address to your card registered address, please use our online ordering system which provides separate fields for billing and delivery addresses. 
2. To prevent credit card fraud and ensure our customer's security in using credit card purchase over the internet, we may request further identity to authenticate the identity of the cardholder.

Delivery and stock availability.
All items are despatched from Fuel Pumps Online using postal means with appropriate postal insurance. Please note that we are strictly a mail order enterprise and do not offer pick up as an available option.

Next Day Delivery Service

We do offer a Next Day Delivery Service on our website. However, whilst we will do our best to deliver items in time due to the nature of transportation we are unable to guarantee the Next Day Delivery services. Even with the most advanced systems the unexpected can happen and for that reason Next Day Services are estimates and not guarantees. If you order a parcel on a Next Day Delivery service and the carrier delivers it after the estimated delivery time you can request a refund of the Next Day Delivery service paid but we will not be liable for any other costs arising from delays. Refund of postage costs will not apply if the carrier has tried to deliver and you are out or if you have provided an incorrect address or changed the delivery date with the carrier. Late delivery cost refunds will only be considered when Next Day 'Courier' service has been selected. It will not be offered for Royal Mail services

Most products offered at www.fuelpumpsonline.co.uk are on the shelf and despatched to you within 1-3 days. However, if a product you have ordered with Temple Tuning is not available from stock we will contact you to discuss before charging order.  

Returns Policy
In accordance with law if you change your mind regarding your purchase we will accept a return within 14 days of the date item received by you. In order for the return policy to be adhered to the item must come back to us in it original condition. The product must be returned unopened with any seals or wrappings untampered. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. We will issue a full refund for the amount you paid for the item. We will not refund the return postage cost. For your protection Fuel Pumps Online recommends that trackable means be used to return goods. We only accepts returns of opened items in unlikely instance of faulty goods.

If an incorrect item is sent out to you in error by us we request that you contact Fuel Pumps Online within 7 days of receipt. The product must be returned in 'as new' condition within 10 days. On return item will be inspected and replacement or refund will be issued. We assume responsibility for reasonable return postage cost in the unlikely event of an error on our part. If you do not contact us within 7 days, or return the product/s to us inside 10 days then the opportunity for replacement or refund will be forfeit.

Warranty Returns
In the rare case of product fault please contact us for returns authorisation number, returns form and return address. All products on this website carry a 1yr warranty against manufacturing defects. Fuel Pumps Online does not personally offer warranties on any product. All warranties are with manufacturers and at their discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.  Please note that fuel pumps reported to us as faulty will need to be returned for testing. Fuel Pumps Online is a mail order business and returns are only accepted by post.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are ordering the correct part for your car. Fuel Pumps Online will be as specific as possible in detailing items and remain enthusiastic about assisting with enquiries. However, the ultimate responsibility for ensuring you are purchasing the correct part for your vehicle remains with you, the buyer. This does not affect your right to cooling off period under law as outlined above.

In the event that the Buyer mistakenly orders the wrong product, Fuel Pumps Online/Temple Tuning will refund the cost of the goods when they are received back by the in a re-saleable condition with all packaging and seals intact. The cost of return to the Seller shall be paid by the Buyer and will not be refunded. 

Fuel Pumps Online is unable to refund for goods that are not returned with the original manufacturer's packaging intact or any item that is not in its original condition. It is the customers responsibility to check that the correct goods have been received BEFORE attempting to fit to vehicle. Once an item has been fitted to vehicle we will not accept return unless goods are faulty.

If you wish to return a product pleasecontact us for an returns authorisation number and returns address. The address for returns may not be the same as our registered business address.
